Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Your 14-day free trial starts the moment you sign up no payment details required until you decide to upgrade.
What happens when my trial ends?
You'll receive reminders at 3 days and 1 day before your trial ends. If you don't upgrade, your account enters read-only mode your data is safe, you just can't add new records until you choose a plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the billing portal. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the next billing cycle.
What counts as a 'festival'?
Each distinct festival event is one festival. If you run Summer Solstice and Winter Lights as separate events, those are two festivals.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing saves you roughly 17% compared to monthly. You're billed once per year. Cancellation gives you access until the end of your paid year.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Bank transfers are available for Enterprise plans on request.
Is my data safe if I cancel?
Yes. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. You can export it at any time from the app.
