1. Who we are
Showrunner ("we", "us", "our") provides festival operations software. Your use of our platform is governed by this policy.
2. What we collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, organisational details), information generated through your use of the platform (festival data, team records, event logs), and technical information (IP address, browser type, usage analytics).
3. How we use it
To provide, maintain, and improve the platform; to communicate with you about your account and our services; to process payments (via Stripe we never store raw card data); and to ensure security and prevent fraud.
4. Data storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL). Data is held in the EU. We apply row-level security to ensure strict organisation-level data isolation no other organisation can access your data.
5. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for 90 days after cancellation. You can request deletion at any time by contacting hello@showrunner.app.
6. Third parties
We share data with: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), Supabase (database and authentication), Netlify (hosting). We do not sell your data.
7. Your rights
