Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using Showrunner you agree to these terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.
2. Service
Showrunner provides a cloud-based festival operations platform on a subscription basis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Free trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial period, accounts without an active subscription move to read-only access.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform. You grant us a licence to store and process that data solely to provide the service. We do not use your operational data for any other purpose.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the platform to store illegal content, attempt to breach data isolation between organisations, or resell access to the platform without our written consent.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Showrunner shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Showrunner is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of that jurisdiction.
